Contact us if you are interested in high yield, short term savings growth! We are now seeking private loans and are offering up to 5% annual interest on 3 to 5 year loans. There is a $1,000 minimum for yearly interest payments and a $10,000 minimum for monthly interest payments. A loan of $1,000 earns 4%, $5,000 earns 4.5%, and $10,000 or more earns 5%! The goal of this fund is to purchase rental properties. The target properties are cash flow positive, meaning the rental income generated by the properties covers debt service and most improvements. Once acquired, DHCB Holdings will continue to improve the properties and increase cash flow.
