At the helm is Tessa Hall. As the founder of No.07 Consultants, she also serves as Madam Vice Chair of Mount Vernon Triangle CID. Her leadership reflects our belief that building communities means more than managing projects. It means showing up, contributing, and investing time to strengthen the neighborhoods we serve. From driving growth in DC to overseeing transformative affordable housing projects in NYC, Tessa and her team are redefining what it means to build with purpose.
 
Currently, No.07 serves as the Construction Manager for our NYCHA PACT preservation project in the Harlem/Washington Heights neighborhood. They oversee the rehabilitation of over $166 million in physical improvements that will enhance the quality of life for residents and improve the long-term financial viability of the properties. This work underscores their commitment to excellence, detail, and community impact development.

A few weeks ago, members of the Dumas Collective team attended the DCRE Conference in NYC, and we’re still on a high from a great event! We are incredibly proud of Michael Nyamekye, Development Director for Dantes Partners NYC, who shared his career insights on the Careers in Commercial Real Estate panel discussion.

It was also wonderful to see Joel Patterson, SVP of Development for , and Tessa Hall, Founder of .07_consultants 07, there, showing their support and connecting with other industry leaders. We are excited to share that Dumas Collective/Dantes Partners was featured in Affordable Housing News! When Dantes Partners first launched, we didn’t have the balance sheet to compete for large-scale development deals. Our COO Corey Powell shared more about that creativity on pg. 40.

That creativity paid off.

Today, Dantes Partners is the sole lead developer on NYCHA’s Audubon, Bethune, and Marshall (ABM) PACT project, overseeing a $166 million rehabilitation that includes energy-efficient upgrades, improved resident services, and community investment.

Even more powerful is our ability to use our ownership in projects as an economic development platform. Through ABM, we have created room at the table for Black- and women-owned firms, like .07_consultants, , , .design and Faria Management, aligning mission with ex*****on. We also brought on ETC Companies and local consultants like Metric Consulting, creating an ecosystem of opportunity.

Our founder and CEO, Buwa Binitie, recently participated in the Mayor’s Institute on City Design (MICD) special session held in New York City. This event brought together passionate mayors from across the U.S. to drive economic development and urban improvement in their cities.

Buwa had the honor of attending and contributing to discussions at his alma mater, NYU. The event featured engaging site tours, interactive sessions, and invaluable networking opportunities. Mayors consulted with industry experts, including Buwa, on creating impactful changes through the production and preservation of affordable housing.
