🚫 50-Year Mortgage? Hard pass.

1️⃣ You’ll pay 2–3x more in interest.
A lower monthly payment sounds good — until you realize it’s costing you hundreds of thousands over time.

2️⃣ Equity builds at a crawl.
You’ll barely make a dent in ownership for the first 15–20 years. That delays every wealth-building opportunity.

3️⃣ It’s a distraction from the real issue.
The problem isn’t loan terms — it’s inventory and strategy. A 50-year mortgage just masks affordability issues with more debt.

📉 This doesn’t help buyers — it helps banks.

Justin made this entire process very easy (and dare I say enjoyable) even though I was very apprehensive regarding the purchasing of a home at first. I greatly appreciate how comfortable he made the experience and I also really liked the video explanations because I could re-watch and hone in on any questions I had.

I also had a great experience with the other members of the team and the online portal was so helpful in helping me keep track of everything and securely load my docs.
