Simply Mimzy

09/23/2026

Well, I was going to wait until everything was perfectly planned…but life keeps happening! 😂🩷

So, Simply Mimzy is officially coming soon-ish.

In the meantime, meet Blingo—my sparkly, slightly sassy flamingo sidekick. She’s faithful, fabulous, delightfully silly, and apparently here to remind me not to take myself—or my timeline—too seriously. 🦩✨

I have a feeling she’ll fit right into Mimzy’s Corner.

You never know what you’ll find, but I sure hope you’ll always leave with a smile. 🩷

I had plans to create today…

But then this little smile reminded me that some moments aren’t meant to be rushed.

So today I’m soaking them up.

I’ll see you later from Mimzy’s Corner. 🩷

You never know what you’ll find… but I sure hope you’ll always leave with a smile.

🩷 This stopped me in my tracks this morning.

I don’t know who needs this today, but I have a feeling someone does.

As I begin this new Simply Mimzy journey, these words reminded me that God is always writing a new chapter—even when we can’t see the next page yet.

I pray this encourages you as much as it encouraged me today. ✨

Good morning, sweet friends! 🩷

A new chapter is beginning, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

Over the next few days, you’ll start to see this little corner of the internet come to life.

Welcome to Simply Mimzy…

Well… that happened! 🩷

I honestly wasn’t expecting my page name change to happen overnight. Facebook said it could take 1–3 days!

I guess God had a different timeline. 😊

“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”
— Proverbs 16:9

I’m smiling this morning and so excited for what’s ahead. 💕

For those of you who have been following along… thank you. 💙

A little while ago I shared that I’d been working behind the scenes. And I truly have.

Sometimes we make plans, and sometimes God gently reminds us to pay attention to what’s most important.

This season, my heart keeps leading me back to being Mimzy.

Spending precious time with my sweet Emmy Raye has reminded me that these little moments are gifts I’ll never get back.

So instead of trying to force something that no longer feels like the right fit, I’ve decided to follow where God is leading me in this season.

You’ll still find me here… just in a different way.

💗 More smiles.
🎵 More silly songs.
👨‍👩‍👧 More family.
🙏 More faith.
🌸 More of the everyday moments that make life so beautiful.

Over the next few days, you’ll start to see this little page changing into something that’s been making me smile for quite a while now.

Thank you for being here as this little corner grows into whatever God has planned for it.

I can’t wait to share it with you. 🩷
