Margaret Remlinger is the founder and principal of Remlinger Financial Group. The cornerstone of her firm’s philosophy is that clients come first, a viewpoint she learned when she began working in her father’s firm. She understands that talking about financial matters is difficult for many people, so from the first meeting clients see a relationship being formed that is built on mutual respect, tr

ust and integrity. Margaret helps clients assess their current financial situation realistically, define their goals for the future in the context of their personal values, and then develops a comprehensive strategy to help clients meet those goals. She makes sure her clients understand every piece of their financial plan before implementing any steps. While she focuses on all aspects of comprehensive planning: savings and investment plans, insurance planning, and estate planning, she specializes in retirement distribution planning. Her years of financial experience provides clients with the objective advice that meets their specific needs. She developed her financial planning background with a family insurance agency for five years before broadening her products to include investment vehicles. She was recruited by a national brokerage firm as a junior investment representative and, after reaching the level of Senior Investment Advisor, she opened her own financial services firm, the Remlinger Financial Group. As an independent advisor, she is not obligated to any specific financial product or tools; she is able to draw from a wide range of financial resources and choose what is in her clients’ best interests. Margaret Remlinger, has achieved the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. The CFP® Board and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification is held as the standard of excellence in the financial planning industry. She holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Charter Financial Planner. She is licensed for Life & Health Insurance, and holds her investment licenses for series 6, 7, 63, and 65 which allows for fee based financial planning. Margaret has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Margaret frequently appeared on First Business, a nationally syndicated business talk show, during the time it was broadcast in Chicago. Her husband, Jeff, who is also her business partner, is active in community organizations. Margaret and Jeff have three adult children and their fourth, the bonus baby, keeps them busy with her middle school activities. They are also active participants in their church. Margaret enjoys gardening, and listening to music, especially when helping Jeff cook.

Last week on the New Weekly Market Impact Podcast: Phil Blancato & Dr. Kevin Peter Hickerson (CEO, The Earthineering Company) discussed modular nuclear reactors and what they mean for the future of fuel and power generation.

As a financial advisor, I'm always looking at how sectors might shape long-term portfolio opportunities. Nuclear energy (specifically modular reactors) is gaining serious momentum right now, and this episode breaks down exactly why. Click below to hear the full episode.

In the latest 2-Minute CIO Update, AssetMark’s Christian Chan shares key insights for June:

👉AI investment continues to drive market growth
