Grateful is an understatement. What started as a simple conversation turned into a journey built on trust, connection, and shared vision. They chose me and my team because of our local knowledge—and more importantly, they trusted us to guide them every step of the way.

Two months later… here we are. Keys in hand, smiles all around, and a new chapter officially begins.

Sometimes the best part of what we do isn’t just the homes… it’s the people behind them.

While helping a wonderful family with their buying and selling journey, I found out the husband works in product development for the very company whose kitchen hood we recently installed during our remodel. I had already been singing their praises — quality product, local roots, and a brand I genuinely wanted to support.

On Thursday I casually mentioned a small discrepancy I noticed in one of the filters, hoping to get the name of the model number to talk with Customer Care . Shortly after, he texted me saying he’d send over a brand new set.

Today I walk in the office and see a big box on my table.

Grateful for moments like these. Grateful for relationships that go beyond transactions. And grateful to work with people who take pride in what they do — it shows.

This is what community feels like 🙏
