Kaumana, Hilo, Hawai’i island 🌕
From my specific location, last night’s Super Full Moon was in Ta**us, over the Pleiades star cluster, commonly known to kānaka as Makali’i. (Peep Jupiter shining brightly right underneath) Our kūpuna knew our connection to the stars & revered the night sky 🌌
One thing bout me, im ALWAYS gon be mesmerized by mahina. Closest knowledge about constellations I ever explored was astrology🌟 I’ve discovered plentyyy about myself & the influences the celestial bodies have. We could learn a thing or two when we know where the planets were aligned, at the time of our birth💫
Most of us know how the moon’s gravitational pull influences the tides of the ocean 🌊 Significantly more so, the closer the moon is positioned to Earth. The same is happening within our bodies, as we are composed of about 60% of water, keiki nearly 75%.
Water is associated with our emotions & full moons can bring heightened emotions that seem aggressive. One way to notice your own patterns is to kilo 📝 My kāne’s papa ’ekahi haumāna were extra emotional yesterday. I worked two years overnight downtown Hilo & full moons brought out the crazies.

You are willingly subjecting your consciousness to experience the oppressive tactics that have been used to dumb down & distract the masses, making you sooo much easier to manipulate & control. Not criticizing anyone for their choice of entertainment. just a reminder to observe, not absorb.
Being disconnected makes us yearn for outside influences to fill the ‘void’ in the form of overindulging in toxicating substances, trauma bonds that deplete vital energy, & destructive behaviors that are counterproductive for our ascension to a better life.
During this season of Lonoikamakahiki, get out into nature 🌱 Let the sun touch your skin, breathe fresh air, walk on the grass, be grateful for the rain, look up at the clouds in the day & the stars at night. Jump in the ocean, find da kahawai.
