He was always available for questions, and if needed time to get an answer, he would always acknowledge that he was working on it, and got back to us as soon as possible. He was very responsive, which is very apprecited during stresfull times of looking/ buying a house. We were able to build a great rapport with him. He especially made it easy during the underwriting process. The whole process from the start of us looking for a new home to signing day was seemless. It took us about a year to find our forever home, and he was there for questions the whole time. He had previousky refinanced a loan for me, which was the first time I worked with him. He was gret then too, which made me want to use him as a loan officer again.
