You came to us fresh out of college and jumped right into a whole new industry like a pro. Insurance isn’t the easiest to learn, but you’ve picked it up, grown your confidence, and are doing an awesome job.

Also… this post is only five days late, so we’re basically early for next year, right? 😬 We’re so glad you’re part of our team and can’t wait to see your growth in year two!

We will be open early at 8:00am to continue helping you through your hail damage. We’re working through a high volume of claim calls and truly appreciate your patience during this time.

If you call and we’re unable to answer, please leave a message. We are actively returning every call in the order it was received. Please do not call multiple times, as this can slow down our ability to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here are a few important reminders to protect yourself and your property:

✅ Do make temporary repairs to prevent further damage (cover broken windows, tarp roofs, etc.). Do not make any permanent repairs until the adjuster assigned to you by your insurance company has seen your damage.
✅ Document everything: take photos and videos before making temporary repairs
✅ Keep receipts for any materials or emergency repairs

⚠️ Be cautious of scams:
• Avoid anyone asking for large upfront payments
• Do not sign anything you don’t fully understand
• Be wary of high-pressure tactics or “today only” offers
• Work with licensed and insured contractors whenever possible
• be wary of anyone offering to assist you with making your insurance claim that is not us. That’s one of the reasons why you have an agent and what we are here to help you do!

We understand how stressful this situation can be, and our team is doing everything we can to support you every step of the way. Thank you again for your patience and trust, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

We are doing our best to answer all the claim calls that are coming in at this time. We will call everyone back who has left messages so far. Please be patient with us as we work through every call. In the meantime, you can do temporary repairs to mitigate any further damage. We understand this is stressful, and we will do everything that we can to help you through the process. Thank you!
