Today we're celebrating a very special milestone: 10 years with Fleming Insurance Agency for our very first employee, Molly Rassbach! 🎉

Ten years ago, Molly became the very first employee to join Fleming Insurance Agency as you know it today. Since then, she has played an incredible role in our growth and success. For the first seven years, she operated our Glenwood City office largely on her own, building strong relationships with clients and representing our agency with professionalism, dedication, and care.

Molly's loyalty, work ethic, and commitment have helped shape who we are today. We are so grateful for everything she has done over the past decade and for the countless ways she has contributed to our team and our clients.
