Big hats and even bigger wins!

Our district showed up in style recently for our Kentucky Derby-themed awards party. It was such a fantastic event and a great opportunity to celebrate the incredible talent and hard work of our agents.

We are so proud to recognize everything this team has accomplished and seeing so many people take home well deserved awards is a reflection of the effort this group brings every day.

A huge thank you to our District Manager and everyone who worked behind the scenes to put this celebration together. An incredible day spent acknowledging the milestones this district hit over the past year.

We recently hosted two CSR/CSSR meetings focused on team building and networking. Our Vancouver team hit the target at Firehouse Axes, while our Olympia group got creative with The Succulent Studio.

These outings are so much more than just a fun afternoon. They allow our teams to connect with peers from other agencies who truly understand the day-to-day, collaborate directly with District staff, and recharge so we can return to the office with a fresh perspective.

We’re officially halfway through Atomic Habits by James Clear in our district book club. It’s been an insightful read so far, especially the idea of "1% wins."

The book argues that big results don't usually come from massive changes, but from small, consistent habits that stack up over time.

Why we’re reading it: In the insurance world, being a trusted agent is all about those same small consistencies. It’s the habit of double-checking the fine print and being there to answer the phone every time. Good insurance is a lot like a good habit—it’s a small step you take today to protect your future self down the road.

Great partners make the job easier. 🍻🤝

Tonight, we’re trading the desks for the bar at Waterfront Taphouse to get some quality time with the pros who help us take care of our clients. We’re holding this networking Happy Hour to celebrate the partnerships that keep our business moving forward.

We’re grateful to have such strong support from our industry partners. Huge thanks to Likewize (Brian Joubert) , Caliber Collision, and Robinson Restoration for hosting the tab and spending time with the team. We truly value the support of these professionals and the expertise they bring to the table.
