Let me introduce myself…
My name is Madison Haynie, I have been a licensed loan officer coming up on 3 years now and the road to where I am now has been insane but a blessing. I started in real estate right before Covid struck, which is when we saw the lowest interest rates ever!! I was quite literally throw into the fire and within the first 2 years of my career I did over 200 loans, with my mom, Kashala Link. In that time I learned so much and realized how beautiful the feeling was to help families purchase their first home, dream home or investment property.
I just recently got to marry the love of my life, Grant. He is a Dixon Firefighter Engineer and his love and drive to protect our community is just one of my favorite things about him. Although our careers are wildly different our drives are the same. Every single day, we have the opportunity to give back and be the support system for our community and the communities around us. I just need to give him a huge shoutout, because with him, we have created such a beautiful giving life.
My goal as a lender is to continue to ensure my clients get the best deal, meet their financing goals (short & long term), understand each step of the process and maximize their purchasing power. All while creating long-lasting friendships/partnerships and supporting them in each of their journeys.
