Last summer, I(Jennifer) led a mission team from the Fort Branch Wesleyan Church to Hephzibah Children's Home(Macon, GA) and Tybee Beach. We left on May 29, 2016 and return home on June 5, 2016. This year, I will be leading another team from the Fort Branch Wesleyan to Hephzibah and Hilton Head, SC! We will leave on June 25, 2017 and return home on July 5, 2017. Our main goal as a team is to share the Love and Compassion of God with the children, workers, and staff at Hephzibah, to those at Hilton Head, and to everyone we come in contact with. While we are in Georgia, we will be volunteering at Hephzibah during the week from 8am-5pm. That weekend, we will be headed over to Hilton Head to hand out free water and sunscreen. I am really excited to see what God will teach us and to see how He will use us, too! If you would consider praying for our team, we would really appreciate your prayers for the individual members of our team (both physically and spiritually), and that our time there will be used to impact lives and open doors for others to share God's love even after we have returned home. We will also be posting regular updates and prayer requests on this page leading up to and during our trip. Would you consider supporting our team financially too? Each person on our team needs to raise $450. We have already began fundraising and have received several donations, but we still need to raise roughly $5,000 before our departure. If you are able, you can donate $25, $50, $100, or whatever you feel led to give toward our support. Any amount is extremely helpful and greatly appreciated! Please make checks payable to the Fort Branch Wesleyan Church with a note saying that it is a financial gift for the Mission Trip to Macon, GA.
