As part of the 25th anniversary, we’re highlighting how MaineStream continues to create new pathways to homeownership.
MaineStream’s Manufactured Housing Turn-Key Loan Program is a first-mortgage loan that allows eligible borrowers to finance both a manufactured home and the required site improvements through one coordinated loan.

That can include site preparation, septic, well or public water connection, electrical service, driveway, and a permanent foundation. After loan approval, Penquis coordinates the placement and improvements, helping simplify the process and reduce upfront barriers.
