Unsure of where in Washington he wanted to land, it was neat to connect with him on each call to share experiences and insights into his search areas – between the westside and central side of the state. Congratulations to my long-time clients, Jordan and Heidi, on the closing of their new investment home!

After over a year of planning and strategizing, I am excited to see this project begin.

Not only does this charming property feature hardwood floors and a spacious backyard, but it also has a ton of potential for the building of an ADU and my clients have planned to do just that!

With a quick close acquisition loan now complete, Jordan and Heidi will execute on a renovation loan so that they can break ground on the expansion of this property very soon!
