Tonight marked the final ERG University class of the semester — and we closed it out with another powerful session.
Our final class, Contracts Part 2, featured returning guest presenter Chandra Betner-Gray, Esq. of Betner-Gray Law Office. We ran out of time during the first session, so bringing her back was a must — and it was absolutely worth it.
Tonight’s conversation focused on key contract language, negotiation strategies, inspections, disclosures, attorney review concerns, and protecting clients throughout the transaction process. These are the real-world conversations that help agents move beyond simply filling out paperwork and begin operating at a higher professional level.
In today’s real estate industry, many agents find themselves searching outside of their brokerage for coaching, mentorship, and practical training. At Ellis Realty Group, we believe that growth, education, and support should already be part of the environment.
That’s exactly why ERG University was created.
Our goal has always been to bridge the gap between getting licensed and becoming truly prepared — through live training, mentorship, hands-on education, and access to industry professionals who help sharpen our agents in real time.
A huge thank you again to Chandra Betner-Gray, Esq. for pouring knowledge into our agents and helping us close out the semester strong.
The semester may be ending, but the mission continues: developing confident, knowledgeable, and well-prepared real estate professionals.
