Very knowledgeable, helpful, profesional, after work hours and weekends she was available to answer questions, explained the process, and always made sure we were taking care of.
Before I started the application with Elsa, I had someone else from another bank helped us. For a month and a half it seemed like I had to chase the person making sure she had all the information. It was a yes, no, maybe process. Very stressful.
Elsa made it so easy. Besides all the above mentioned, she speaks Spanish and she made it much easier to be able to communicate with my husband. I will 100% recommen Elsa.
