**It’s the FINAL COUNTDOWN! 🎶**

Did you hear that song playing in your head like it did in mine when this thought first came to me? LOL! 😂

No, it’s never too late. And this isn’t the last time you can take action—but these are the **final 7 days of Life Insurance Awareness Month.**

I don’t have personal experience of losing someone prematurely and receiving a life insurance benefit. But I do know people who have experienced that heartbreaking reality.

Just recently, a young man—only 30 years old—was killed simply because he happened to be somewhere he shouldn’t have been. He wasn’t doing anything wrong. He was just there.

No one can emotionally prepare for something like that.

But **financially, you can put something in place** to help protect the people you love if the worst-case scenario happens.

Death doesn’t have an age limit.
You can be young or old.
Sick or healthy.

**Don’t wait until you think you need it.**

These are the final 7 days of Life Insurance Awareness Month. Maybe this is your reminder to take a look at your coverage—or start the conversation.

**Your family may not be able to prepare for everything life brings, but you can prepare for what you can. ❤️**

💚 Self-care is not selfish.
Rest. Reflect. Breathe. Set boundaries. Take care of your mind as intentionally as you care for others.

If life feels overwhelming, seek support. Talking to someone, asking questions, and reaching out for help are signs of strength — not weakness.

And while you’re checking on yourself…
📞 Make the call. Send the text. Reach out to someone you care about.

Someone may be silently struggling and simply needs to hear:
“You crossed my mind today.”
“How are you really doing?”
“You don’t have to go through this alone.”

Small moments of connection can make a life-changing difference.

As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s continue choosing compassion, wellness, grace, and support — for ourselves and for each other. 🌿

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Behind every fallen hero is a family whose life was forever changed — emotionally, spiritually, and often financially. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

Today, we remember not only those who served, but also the loved ones who continue to carry the weight of their loss with strength and courage.

May we never forget the price paid for the freedoms we enjoy each day.

One decision can change the direction of your life.

For me, that decision was choosing to believe in myself enough to learn something new, step outside of my comfort zone, and grow into a better version of myself.

What started as an opportunity became so much more:

✨ The ability to help others while building a legacy

Sometimes we wait for the “perfect” moment to start, but growth begins the moment you say yes to yourself.
