A little behind-the-scenes moment that deserves its flowers 🌟

Back in 2023, when Fatima Luthi our founder, first started this project, she was honestly way over her head. No tech background, no roadmap, just a huge vision, a heart to serve people, and the willingness to figure things out one step at a time. Since then, it’s been a wild ride filled with growth, problem-solving, long nights, learning moments, humbling moments, and a whole lot of faith.

People always ask if we’re the ones coding, designing, managing, and building the entire app ourselves. The answer is no — but along the way, we’ve gained so much respect for what it truly takes to build something from the ground up.

What many people don’t see are the incredible humans behind the scenes helping bring this vision to life. Huge love to Jon and Liderman, the leaders helping spearhead Toucan and Talent, and this amazing team of software engineers, designers, coders, integrators, project managers, and problem-solvers who have walked alongside us with patience, excellence, and grace while we learned in real time.

And what makes this moment even more special? These are Latino professionals like our founder showing up every single day with talent, heart, innovation, and excellence. This picture represents more than an app — it represents dreams, collaboration, culture, resilience, and people building something meaningful together.

We’re getting so close to officially rolling out, and seeing everyone together like this made the moment feel real.

Also… fun fact: I had to give them a full week notice to get this group picture together 😂📸

A little behind-the-scenes update on building Voyage CFO4U 😂🚀

What we thought software development looked like:
✨ smooth launches
✨ clean code
✨ everything magically working

Reality:
• fixing one bug and creating 7 more 🫠
• celebrating because the app finally opened without crashing 😂
• lots of coffee, testing, meetings, and late nights

But honestly… watching this vision slowly come to life has been surreal.

What started from real life experiences and a passion for financial empowerment is turning into something REAL — and we couldn’t do it alone.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been blessed with an incredible team of professional engineers, designers, program managers, QA testers, and a tech development company helping bring this vision to life.

This started with a moment in 2017 That broke us—but it also woke us up.
Since then, we’ve rebuilt our relationship with money, left our jobs, and created The Grind Coaching & Consulting to serve others on the same path.

In 2023, we realized the gap wasn’t just personal—it was everywhere.
People are overwhelmed. Underserved. Unseen.
And we knew we couldn’t keep waiting for someone else to solve it.

So, we got BOLD.
