If you are thinking about buying and only holding back for rates. BUY NOW! Your most likely just costing yourselves more money in the long run. People are saying rates are high. In reality rates are about average for for the last 40 years. We just got spoiled for a few years. I hope rates come down in the near future. If they do the "experts" say that the prices of homes will go up. But if you're already in your home refinance to that lower rate. Date the Rate. Don't let it cost you your dream home.
