After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps and receiving an honorable discharge, I moved back to my home with my amazing wife and 3 beautiful children. In 2007 I joined the RE/MAX Elite team, after purchasing the REO Kit http://www.reokit.com I started a BPO & REO business, I was completing 40-50 BPO’s a week and after finding a business partner in a high school friend we started reha
bbing houses, in fact we successfully 8 complete rehabs in 18 months. We started completing Short Sales soon after that. In 2009 I hired a team to handle the BPO business and started S.O.S. Property Solutions, Inc. In early 2010 I focused on Creative & Seller Financing and Bulk REO, in late 2010 I found the best option for homeowners on how to save their home from foreclosure and partnered with a Foreclosure Defense & Solutions company specializing in Saving People’s Homes from Foreclosure http://www.usaforeclosurehelpline.com . In 2011 I started a Private Lending Business with business partner called Investment Equity Fund, Inc. that shows individuals how to take control of their retirement by using their IRA or 401K and other retirement funds to invest all types of Real Estate backed mortgages earning up to 18% annually. In May of 2011 I purchased the REO Kit http://www.reokit.com from long time mentor who was getting out of Real Estate. Since I am one the top success story of the REO Kit, it only made cents that I take it over and with my incredible team; the REO Kit will achieve heights never before dreamed of. My team and I then started the BPO REO Academy http://www.bporeoacademy.com which is a nationwide community of over 20,000 BPO & REO Real Estate Agents. The REO Kit is only one of the course’s available from the BPO REO Academy. With many other products in development we will be providing complete business solutions for Real Estate Agents & Real Estate Investors in an attempt to bridge the gap between Real Estate Agents and Investors because working together allows us to accomplish more in Real Estate. In the not so far future we will starting the Krzyston Kids Foundation, which will be a Non-Profit company dedicated to building orphanages nationwide to empower orphans the education and tools to be successful entrepreneur’s in life and business.
