That hands-on experience with homebuilding—and my time serving—sparked a lifelong passion for helping people achieve the dream
of homeownership. After the Air Force, I returned to Colorado as an assistant superintendent in Highlands Ranch, experiencing Denver’s rapid expansion firsthand. Later, I moved to Phoenix, where I ran my own construction sites and reached my personal goal of becoming a homeowner before 30. I saw too many families misled into bad loans and poor deals—and I knew I wanted to be part of the solution. I returned to Colorado, earned my real estate license, and committed myself to guiding people with honesty, transparency, and integrity. For years, I balanced building homes full-time while helping clients secure mortgages and find the right properties. Eventually, I made the leap to serve buyers and sellers full-time—combining my construction expertise with lending knowledge to make the process smoother and more successful for my clients.
