IT’S NEVER TOO LATE 💖 Abigail Seymour LOOKED like she had it all: she was a wife and a mom, she had her own photography business and lots of friends, but something was still missing…
She always wanted to be a lawyer!
So, at the ripe age of 47, she enrolled.
It wasn’t easy. She was the oldest student in her class by more than two decades, and it took her THREE tries to pass the bar. But she persisted — and it paid off!
Seymour now runs her own bilingual law firm, Camino Law, focused on family law and supporting women in her community
“We have seven employees, all women. We do family law. We’re bilingual,” she shares. “It’s being able to take something that was pretty true, the law is the law, you can’t reinterpret that, but you can change how you practice it. The experience of that is different. That’s what I saw missing, particularly in family law and in law that serves women.” 🥰
Women can do anything!
