Michael is a graduate of University of South Florida, who hails from Colorado, but has been a Tampa native for over 25 years. Theresa is from “Sweet Home” Alabama and a graduate of Jacksonville State University where she earned a bachelor’s in economics and a minor in vocal music. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Michael worked in the insurance and financial industry while Theresa worked
as a portrait photographer and as a music educator. They also both have experience in starting and growing successful businesses in the Tampa Bay area. They now help potential buyers understand the mortgage process, find what program works best for them, and simply walk with them through the process. Outside of the office, Michael and Theresa enjoy traveling, being on the water, cycling, and spending time as a blended family with their 4 teenagers.
