We had a great turnout at this month’s Magnolia Mastermind Meetup featuring architect Justin Kimmich, who shared valuable insights from his 20+ years of experience in architecture and development. Justin gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the Magnolia River Terrace project, a 47-unit apartment development on the Hillsborough River, and walked through the thought process, planning, and collaboration it takes to bring a project like this to life.
