Thank God we were able to cash flow and not add debt. However, mission build up sinking fund again for Bluey. 💚

It’s been a crappy situation 💩

With a little water gurgling in the toilets and the grass filling up with overflow from the septic… it was not a fun sight. After a $400 diagnose from a plumber, it was evident we needed a new drain field and septic overhaul. After negotiating down from 5500, we ultimately paid 4500 for the fix in addition to the diagnose.

I’m ok….. I’m am thankful we had it in our savings that I was getting ready to put on the 4Runner but… Murphy had the last laugh. This is the FIRST big emergency we paid cash only.
