“If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.”
Movement doesn’t have to mean running marathons, lifting heavy weights, or forcing yourself into yoga classes you hate. The best exercise is the one you’ll actually enjoy enough to keep doing.
Walk the dog. Dance in your kitchen. Swim. Ride a bike. Stretch. Play pickleball. Garden. Hike. Take the stairs. Go for a casual walk with a friend.
Your body was made to move — and even small amounts of daily movement can improve your energy, mood, sleep, heart health, and overall quality of life.
You don’t need perfection. You just need consistency!
