🎶🏙️ One of the best parts about working in Nashville? You never know what you're going to stumble upon!

While Sam and Janel were hard at work getting H&O on Music Row ready for guests, they happened to catch an unexpected surprise—a free pop-up Post Malone concert! 🎤🔥

That's the beauty of Music City. One minute you're staging a vacation rental, and the next you're enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime moment just steps away.

Of course, we had to let Posty know that if he ever needs a place to stay in Nashville... we've got him covered! 😉🏡🎶

💔 Nashville lost a legend today.

Today, we say goodbye to Dolly Parton — a woman who was so much more than a country music icon. She was Nashville. She represented the heart, determination, creativity, kindness, and undeniable personality that makes this city so special.

Dolly was a huge part of the inspiration behind H&O on Music Row. When we dreamed about creating a place in Nashville, we wanted it to feel like more than just a beautiful condo. We wanted it to capture a little piece of what makes Nashville magical — the music, the stories, the creativity, the fun, and the people who have made this city what it is.

And it’s impossible to think about Nashville without thinking about Dolly.

She came from humble beginnings and built an extraordinary life through talent, hard work, faith, humor, and a whole lot of heart. She showed the world that you could be wildly successful without ever losing the qualities that made people love you in the first place.

That spirit is something we hope guests feel when they walk through the doors of H&O. 🎶✨

Our little piece of Music Row was inspired by the legends who made this city what it is — and Dolly will forever be one of the biggest of them all.

Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the memories, the laughter, the kindness, and for helping make Nashville feel like Nashville.

You will always have a place in Music Row. ❤️

🌟 Every journey has a beginning... and this is ours. 🏡❤️

This photo was taken at The Lodge at Tunkhannock Creek as Sam and Janel prepared for our very first short-term rental photoshoot. At the time, we were simply excited to welcome our first guests and create a place where people could relax, reconnect, and make memories.

We had no idea that one cabin would grow into something so much bigger.

What started with one property, a lot of hard work, and an amazing team has grown into a collection of destinations where thousands of memories have been made.

To Sam and Janel—thank you for all of the behind-the-scenes work, the long days, the shopping trips, the staging, the photoshoots, and the countless little details that our guests never see but always appreciate.
