Independent contractors are needed to perform various types of inspections and services to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. Contractors perform Cleanouts, Debris Removal, Inspections, Yard Maintenance and Snow Removal, Winterizations.

Skilled background involving Property Maintenance, Property Management, Property Preservation, General Contractor or Handyman work would be helpful but not required.

We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies to perform duties as subcontractors set up with your own Equipment, Vehicle and Business Insurance. Training is available.

Our company is hiring contractors to verify residential property occupancy and condition. No inspection license is required, but applicants must be highly-organized, self-motivated individuals with reliable personal transportation who can visit and take photos of properties and input results (using Android or iPhone). Each inspector is assigned a predetermined set of zip codes to manage with jobs assigned electronically.
Your inspection results provide banks and mortgage service companies information as to the condition of their homes. Damage from weather or vandalism can decrease the value of property quickly if it is left unprotected.
This position is ideal for someone looking to earn supplemental income or who wants part-time work. Inspectors are needed all across the area for immediate opportunities.
Training is provided, most of which is on-line via tutorials and videos, so it can be completed based on the flexibility of your schedule.
Requirements:
Availability during daylight hours
Volt stick (availible at any hardware store.)
Possession of iPhone or Android phone with camera functionality
Reliable vehicle with clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable desktop or laptop with high speed internet access
Ability to map and create routes
A GPS or GPS via smart phone
Helpful experience with National REO Companies (ie. Cyprexx, Safeguard, MCS, AFAS, Spectrum, etc.)
Helpful experience with inspection software: EZ Inspections, Inspectorade or Trakscapes
Orders pay $5-$10 per order depending on the area and order type. This is a 1099 Sub Contractor position. You will be paid 14 to 30 days after complete, correct results are obtained and billed. Your first check will be processed and sent between 30 to 45 days.
