Hoping everyone and their cars & homes are fine after last night's tornados and storms.

Now is a good time to review your insurance policies to ensure you have proper coverage. We never want to have to tell a customer that they don't have coverage for something because it was declined or removed. If you're unsure of what coverages you have now, my team & I are happy to be a second set of eyes for you.

We're finally starting to see Auto and Homeowner rates stabilize here in Ohio. As I'm doing reviews with my customers to start the year, I'm seeing more and more rate decreases, especially on the cars.

Also, restrictions on Homeowner policies have eased up. If you weren't eligible last year, you may be eligible now.

It's a great time to shop, as other insurers continue to raise rates into 2025. If your last or upcoming renewal isn't favorable, or you feel the coverage you have doesn't match the price you're paying, my team and I are happy to help!
