Born in Athens, Greece and raised both there and in the US, her parents were successful business entrepreneurs. She learned from a young age the value of handwork and dedication. A graduate of Newbury College in 1994, she earned a degree in Business Administration and has been actively working in finance since then. She began her career as a Loan Originator in 2019 and found her niche. She rose to

become a top loan officer at her former company by providing her clients with the same hard work and dedication she has cultivated since childhood. Her ability to make her clients feel at ease, combined with her knack for thinking outside of the box has earned her a stellar reputation among her clientele. Her strategic alliances with realtors, who fully appreciate her commitment to service, has been vital to her, contributing to the growth and success of her business partners. Kat understands the diverse needs of her clients during these unprecedented times and works hard to ensure her clients, co-workers and business alliances feel safe as she meets with them in their comfort zone, whether that is in person, over the phone or via video conference. Her top priority is the happiness, success, and safety of all those she works with. When she isn’t busy helping clients, Kat enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking her dog, Cleo, for long walks, and relaxing with a good book.
