Today, we're celebrating Lisa Short and her 3-year anniversary with our Garner office - plus recognizing her previous time with us from 2016 to 2019! 🥳 Lisa serves as one of our outstanding Customer Service Representatives, and we're grateful for the experience, dedication, and positivity she brings to our team every day.

When asked for her best banking tip, Lisa shared: "When you bank locally, you build personal relationships and trust, which benefits both the customer and the bank. We get to know our customers and their typical transactions, which helps us identify potential fraudulent activity more effectively. Our customers know they can count on us to have their best interests in mind, and we always do our best to help them."

One of Lisa's favorite banking services is the ability for customers to manage their debit cards through mobile and online banking. She especially appreciates the card management features, which provide added convenience and peace of mind - particularly when customers are traveling.

Lisa loves living and working in Garner and values the strong sense of community the town provides. She appreciates how people genuinely care for one another and are always willing to lend a helping hand.
