Today, we're celebrating 15 years with McKenzie Stevenson in our Garner office! 🥳 As a Commercial Loan Associate, McKenzie plays an important role in helping our loan department run smoothly and providing excellent service to our customers.

McKenzie's best banking tip is: "Stay aware of fraud. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. If something doesn't feel right, hang up and call your bank or the business directly using a trusted phone number."

Her favorite service RSB offers is our online and mobile banking app, which makes it easy to view accounts in one place, transfer funds, make loan payments, set up recurring payments, and monitor for unusual account activity.

One of the things McKenzie appreciates most about working in Garner is the welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community that makes you feel at home wherever you go.

Today, we’re celebrating 2 years with Grace Gregori in our Story City office! 🥳 Grace serves as one of our Customer Service Representatives/Tellers and is often the friendly face greeting customers in the drive-up at our Story City branch. Her positivity and dedication help make every customer interaction a great experience.

Grace’s top banking tip is to bank with an institution you trust and communicate with regularly. She believes building a relationship with your bank can make a big difference when you need financial guidance, loans, or support during important life decisions.

One of Grace’s favorite RSB services is mobile deposit through our mobile app because it makes banking quick, easy, and convenient. Being able to deposit checks anytime from her phone saves time and makes managing finances even simpler.
