Today, we’re celebrating 2 years with Paula Brown at our Story City office! 🎉 Paula serves as our Deposit Operations Supervisor and Assistant Cashier, and we’re grateful to have her as part of the RSB team.

Paula’s best banking tip is to stay alert for scams. Never give out personal information - such as account numbers, Social Security numbers or your birthdate - over the phone. If you’re ever unsure, call the bank directly.

Her favorite RSB product is Digital Banking because of the convenience and helpful tools it offers 24/7. From managing debit card activity and setting up alerts to monitoring transactions and paying bills, it makes managing your finances easier wherever you are.

When asked what she enjoys most about the Story City community, Paula shared, “Story City is a small town with a lot of great things happening for all ages, bringing the community together.”
