2025 — Game ON. 🔥
2026 — Consistency > Intensity. 📈
2025 wasn’t a highlight reel — it was a training arc.
I got licensed.
Joined New York Life.
Started onboarding and learned what it actually takes to show up as a professional.
Prospecting, follow-ups, rejection, quotas.
Balancing school at UOP in Business Analytics, BJJ, strength and conditioning.
Dropped jobs. Started new ones.
Broke my pipeline and rebuilt it. Twice.
Faced discomfort, identity, ego, and responsibility — head on.
2025 humbled me and sharpened me.
It introduced me to the version of myself that:
• Handles pressure
• Makes calls even when it’s uncomfortable
• Treats rejection like information, not failure
• Wants a craft, not a shortcut
I realized growth doesn’t always look like winning.
Sometimes it’s just refusing to quit.
So for 2026:
Consistency over intensity.
Daily reps > random bursts.
Systems > vibes.
Pipeline > panic.
Approaching business like a craft — not a gamble.
I’m focused on becoming a real professional in this industry:
• Referrals, partnerships, alliances
• Growing with intention
• Sharpening my identity instead of escaping it
2025 presented the game.
2026 is where I start hitting 3’s from the logo, averaging double-doubles, and closing out the game BEFORE the 4th quarter.
