As someone born and raised on Staten Island, this recognition is especially meaningful. This community has played a significant role in shaping who I am, and I’m proud to be building, creating, and contributing right here at home.

I want to share something important behind this win:

A few weeks back, this client told me she was going in another direction.
No hard feelings. No pressure.
I didn’t try to “save” the deal with unrealistic promises or flashy offers.

I simply wished her the best and reminded her to watch out for bait-and-switch tactics that are unfortunately common in this industry.

Because here’s the truth:
