Prospective Client Home Insurance Comparison

Dwelling Coverage: total amount your home is covered for. Example: entire home burns down, insurance company pays out up to this amount to rebuild it completely.

Liability: lawsuit protection for you & your family. Example: someone gets hurt on your property and sues you for their injury. This covers all legal expenses & the injured persons medical bills.

Matching: guarantees the entire roof will get replaced even if only a portion is damaged. This is a critical coverage that most people don’t know about!

Water Back-Up: covers the repair of your home when water (originating from inside the house) leaks occur.

Deductible: what you pay out-of-pocket before coverage kicks in.

In this particular case, this clients current policy isn’t bad, but the Liability Limit is way too low & their Roof Coverage is missing an important component.

I love looking at the coverage details and helping people understand what coverage they need and WHY they need it.

Between the shady trails, peaceful pond, and winding creeks, it’s the perfect spot to step away, enjoy some fresh air, and reset during a busy day.
