Spent the day at the incredible Biz 417 Ladies Who Launch event ✨
A day filled with incredible speakers, meaningful conversations, and a great time with our Central Bank Of The Ozarks team alongside so many other powerful community leaders and advocates!
My biggest takeaways from today:
• Clear is kind: likely if we’ve spoken, you’ve already heard me say this. I live by it.
• Tame the octopus
• Embrace the pause.
• “No” is just an opening offer.
• Don’t feed into the spotlight effect.
• Where your mind goes, your energy flows.
• Negotiation is your worth in action.
• You can’t negotiate for yourself using someone else’s terms.
• Who is sitting at the table in your mental boardroom?
• Your top demand becomes your bottom line.
Leaving today feeling challenged, and reminded to be intentional about the conversations we have, the voices we listen to, and the space we take up💗
