Guild loan officer Julia Davis was exceptionally responsive, professional, and helpful with down payment assistance programs and to my surprise grants. She worked with me day and night, always positive, maintained a great attitude and my personal cheerleader at times. Buying a home can test you in so many ways but I am thankful that I had her in my corner always providing solutions positive feedback and encouragement throughout this entire process and not to mention her patience. I have learned alot from her and purchasing my first home and glad that she helped to make it such a positive experience for me. Purchasing this home has given me a boost of confidence which was much needed from a recent divorce. Now that this process has come to an end I can have a fresh new start enjoying my new home. I cant thank the Most High, Guild Morgage, Julia and her staff enough for all that you have done for me.
