First-time home buyers who exceed the income limit requirements for our first time home buyer grant could qualify for a $1,000 credit toward* down payment or closing costs.
Eligibility Requirements
Income must exceed 100% Fannie Mae Area Median Income (AMI) limit.
Only the first 200 locked loans will receive the $1,000 grant funds.

-WSHFC Home Advantage (Income cannot exceed $180,000)
*In order to qualify for the funds, buyers must meet all the program criteria, including loan and property qualifications, all of which are not listed here. You must receive approval for the $1,000 lender credit, which is available for the first 200 locked loans or December 31, 2025, whichever comes first. Total lender credit may not exceed the actual amount of closing costs and prepaids, and no cash back will be paid to the borrower. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, except the $250 FTHB coupon. BECU reserves the right to alter or change criteria at any time.
