This was a fun one! The buyer’s Realtor and I met these clients the old fashioned way, at an open house.
And I’m so glad they came in that day because just a few short months later they are moving into their new home and starting this next chapter in their lives.
Without going into too much detail, there was a bit of a “hiccup” on their financing a couple weeks into their contract.
Sometimes things just pop up that we can’t predict but when you have a good, solid team behind you, we problem solve and adjust on the fly to make things happen.
And needless to say, we kept it together and got this wonderful little family into their new home.
So if you’re buying your first or your 40th home, having a solid team in your corner can make all the difference and with such a big, and sometimes stressful situation, working with people you know, like, and trust makes it a lot easier.
