In case you didn't know, life is extremely short and unexpected. Today, my 20 year old cousin was buried. Appreciate the time you have with your loved ones and family because you truly never know when it will be the last time you get with them. The thought of my cousin, his Mom, one of my favorite women of all time, having to plan all that while grieving the loss of her son is heartbreaking to say the least. Just another reason why I chose to do what I do now! People underestimate how extremely important it is to be protected during times like this. Nobody thinks today is the last day of their lives, and every one assumes we have "tomorrow". It hurts especially because I too fall in that category sometimes. I always thought we would have time to build that relationship, share those memories, yet here we are. 💔 To my cousin, I love you and like I keep telling you, if you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask! Even if just to talk. Times like this show you how important family is. And to the rest of y'all, if you're NOT covered with some type of life insurance coverage, send me a message! I wish there was something I could've done to help in this situation, but I couldn't. It's not too late for some of yall!
