"Good news... I found a way to save you some money."

Happy World Bicycle Day!

One thing I learned from my Purdue student….

Lock your bicycle.

Apparently, if you don't, there's a chance you'll come back and find it hanging in a tree.

These photos were taken on campus, and I still have questions about how they managed to get those bikes up there.

Fun fact: Dexter was found in the parking lot of my insurance office in Cross Lanes. Goose was found at the entrance to our subdivision. Smokey was adopted from the Putnam County Animal Shelter.

Our built-in microwave stopped opening because a little weird plastic piece was broken.

We had two choices:

Replace it for about $600

OR

Try a $42 repair.

The $42 repair worked.

It got me thinking about insurance.

Before leaving your current agent because of a rate increase, give them a chance to review your policy. Sometimes a simple change can make a big difference.

Sometimes the $42 fix is all you need.
