Happy Father’s Day.
Growing up without a consistent father figure, I often dreamed about being a dad one day—having a family, having those simple moments, the conversations, the laughter, the bond I didn’t always have.
Life didn’t unfold perfectly. I became a father young, and at different points I honestly felt like the “family” I dreamed of wasn’t coming together the way I imagined.
But God had a different plan.
In time, I met my wife Felicia, and together we built something real—not perfect, but rooted in love, faith, and commitment. We’ve faced financial struggles, health scares, misunderstandings, and seasons where nothing felt easy. But we stayed.
Today, I’m grateful beyond words—for my wife, my children, and the family we continue to grow into.
My son’s life is a reminder of grace. My daughter is a reminder of strength. My family is a reminder that God still builds beautiful things out of imperfect people.
I’m still growing. We’re still growing. But we are together—and that means everything.
To all the fathers out there: keep going. Even when it’s hard. Even when it’s not perfect.
Because being a father isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, love, and never giving up on your family.
Happy Father’s Day to every man blessed to be called Dad.
