“You need 20% down.”
“Your credit isn’t good enough.”
“VA loans take forever.”
“Rates are too high, so you should wait.”
“Student loans mean you can’t buy.”

THWIP. Caught. 😂

There is SO much mortgage advice floating around the internet, and not all of it deserves to make it into your decision-making.

My job isn’t to convince you to buy a house. It’s to help you understand your options, answer ALL the questions, and figure out what actually makes sense for you.

Because buying a home is stressful enough. You shouldn’t also have to untangle the mortgage web. 🕷️🏡

These letters are designed to grab your attention with words like “Final Notice” and “Immediate Response Required.”

That doesn’t automatically mean they’re from your lender.

Before you send money, sign anything, or panic...

✅ Check who actually sent it.
✅ Read the fine print.
✅ Call your loan officer if you’re unsure.

I’d rather answer a quick question than watch you spend money on something you didn’t need.
