Thank you speeches for awards have always been cheesey, good thing I like cheese!

I am honored to be awarded the Client Champion award from Barnum P&C. I am nearing five years with this team and am blown away by my growth and success, as this is my first professional job.

To Joe, thank you for giving me a shot five years ago at being your assistant and teaching me the skills of "The Client WhispererTM". Without meeting you in the woods and pretending to fight ghouls, I wouldn't be here.

To Jess, thank you for showing me the fundamentals of the servicing role and what it means to be a good worker and good person. Without you cheering all of us on, checking on us professionally and personally, I don't think we'd be where we are today.

To Myles, thank you for your continued support, trust, and confidence in me and urging me to get out of my comfort zone. You are a phenomenal leader, mentor, and friend. I am excited to see how our practice continues to grow.

And thank you to my friends and family for having trust in me and supporting me every step of the way through my professional career.

✨Business Builders 1/8/2026✨

Our team started a monthly workshop- Business Builders, in an effort to hone in on our skills and to better understand each other and our practices. As this series continues, I am hoping to share some key notes to build up better business practices and start some dialogues across my networks.

We were fortunate enough to have our executive vice president, Joe LoPresti as our first guest speaker.

- When things get overwhelming, take a deep breath. Focus on what you have to do daily and those processes will carry you to your goal.
- We only go around this merry-go-round once. Make sure you live your life. when you are happy with yourself, your work improves, your relationships, you improve.
-Create goals for the year. you should be able to break these goals down into smaller processes to check in on monthly.
-Have someone be an accountability partner. Check in at the start of the next month to see where you're at. If you didn't achieve what you were hoping for, what can be done differently? How can that partner help?
-Control the controllable, don't worry about the uncontrollable.

2026 will be a great year, but only if we make it one.
