🏡 Happy Closing Day! 🎉

A few months ago, I received a call from a longtime friend. He told me that he and his wife were expecting their first baby, and with only two months until their little one arrived, they knew they had outgrown their first home.

He said something that meant a lot to me:

I was truly honored.
