We are beyond excited to announce that Whitney Garner has joined The Fauser Group as our Strategic Planning Specialist!
Whitney recently graduated summa cm laude from Seattle University where she majored in Management and Business Analytics. Whitney brings a wealth of experience in Data Analysis, Process Development + Optimization, Customer Experience, and more. She has worked as a Business Strategy Analyst for a start-up solar company and as a Licensed Executive Assistant with Windermere Real Estate where she was instrumental in modernizing and growing the business of a top producer.
Whitney will wear several hats with TFG including partnering with Mike on the Financial Planning and Insurance aspects of the business. Additionally, we envision Whitney using her skill set to help streamline business processes which will allow TFG to provide more value and better serve our clients. Kristen and Whitney will work collaboratively on several projects that we have wanted to implement in the past but have not had the bandwidth to put in place. We are incredibly lucky to have both Kristen and Whitney on the team and are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with the business going forward. And, as Mike's passion has always been managing assets, this move will allow him to spend more of his time doing what he loves while still aligning with what is in the best interest of our clients.
