Had the opportunity to hear Jon Acuff speak recently, and it was such a meaningful and encouraging experience. His perspective on growth, mindset, and taking intentional steps forward really resonated.

One quote that stood out to me was:
“All you have to do is win more today than you did yesterday and repeat the whole thing tomorrow.”

Such a simple but powerful reminder that progress is built in the small, consistent steps we take every day. It challenged me to focus less on perfection and more on showing up, learning, and moving forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to listen, reflect, and walk away with practical takeaways I can apply both personally and professionally.

Had a great time recently at United Way of Pierce County's Sip, Serve & Celebrate event. It was an evening filled with meaningful conversations, inspiring stories, and a shared commitment to making our community stronger.

One of my favorite parts was connecting with people who are passionate about giving back and finding ways to make a difference right here in Pierce County. It's amazing what can happen when a community comes together around a common purpose.
