Since March, the 30-year fixed has ranged from 6.22% to 6.77%. But while you’re waiting for a lower rate, home prices can move too.

it’s about choosing growth anyway.
Most people fear failing.
Some fear succeeding.
Others fear never growing at all.
Recognize yours before another year passes on repeat.
اگه دست از عقب نگه‌داشتن خودت برداری چی؟
اگه این بار واقعاً روی خودت سرمایه‌گذاری کنی چی؟
بیشتر آدم‌ها به یکی از این ترس‌ها گیر می‌کنن:
• ترس از شکست — «اگه جواب نده چی؟»
• ترس از موفقیت — مسئولیت بیشتر، دیده شدن بیشتر، تغییر بیشتر
• یا اون ترسِ آروم و پنهان: موندن دقیقاً تو همون جای قبلی
