The technologies have been widely popular in entertainment, but they are only now being used in the leasing and construction of commercial real estate projects.

Executive director of research for Beacon Economics, Robert Kleinhenz, believes the United States economy is on its way to achieving its second-longest period of expansion. The national employment rate has increased in addition to overall wage growth. Strong consumer spending has also contributed to the United States economic stability and success. Kleinhenz predicts the gross domestic product in the United States will increase by 2.5% to 2.8% in 2018.

The tower offers Avalara employees a bird’s eye view of CenturyLink Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks. The new headquarters sets up a new era for Avalara, as it continues to grow in its mission of being part of every transaction in the world.”

Vladimir Bosanac, co-founder and publisher of The Registry, announced that Embassy Suites will open its newest hotel in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square alongside Hawk Tower. Adjacent to CenturyLink Field, the new hotel displays subtle Seattle Seahawks design elements throughout the property. Freiheit & Ho designed the modern exterior of the Embassy Suites. Meanwhile, interior designers Degen & Degen wanted to pull elements from the historic pioneer square while also adding contemporary touches.
