$49 billion in medical debt erased... Will impact 15,000,000 Americans!

This mortgage hack for real estate agents is breaking news and a HUGE WIN for consumers!

This news is an amendment to Regulation V which implements the fair credit reporting act.

They've amended this over the last two years, but this is proof of progress relative to creditors reporting medical delinquencies or collections on consumers credit reports.

by March 2025, $49 billion in medical debt will be removed from reporting on consumers credit reports. This will impact over 15 million Americans, and will help over 22,000 Americans now be approved for a home loan!

this does not mean consumers are free from that debt, they are just released from it reporting on their credit reports.

BE CAUTIOUS WHAT YOU READ AND WHO YOU LISTEN TO!! Today the FED lowered the Federal Funds Rate by 25% BUT the media, marketing companies, mortgage lenders, and social media influencers are misrepresented what actually happened...

Mortgage rates actually went up today while the Fed lowered the Fed rate... You gotta be careful who you follow and what you pay attention to when this happens!

It's not what the Fed did, it's what the Fed said... 2025 will be a year of change but a lot will stay the same relative to mortgage rates...
