This client was already set to save hundreds of dollars every month by lowering their interest rate through a refinance.

But while reviewing their numbers, I noticed their homeowner's insurance seemed a little high. I recommended they reach out to Shella for a second look, and she was able to find them EVEN MORE savings on top of what they were already saving through the refinance!

This one was all about teamwork! Ashley and I had the opportunity to work together on our first transaction, and despite both being on vacation at one point during this deal, we stayed locked in to get our clients to the closing table.
